COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Wittenstein 070-ML2-50 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Reliance products, including obsoleted and phased-out Alpha parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Vickers product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Reliance such as the 180TM21A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 100MF110111000 manufactured by Alpha and we are pleased to be able to service most Alpha systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 10MC90F by Manufacturer Vickers as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Stearns Brand 105752100QF in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Heinzmann such as 1122008102 equipment made by Heinzmann have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Heinzmann products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Heinzmann" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 117849L11 made by Browning as well as the popular 140MF15121000 original spares produced by Wittenstein Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 140CM21A601 by Dodge and 1122008102 spares by Heinzmann are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1100F3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Falk. |
