COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Winsmith E30CSFS533X0DN parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Boston products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Festo product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Boston such as the F72175B5G spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the F103232SB5 manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HGPP16A by Manufacturer Festo as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Morse Brand EG2104C2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Leeson such as HMQ830100H56 equipment made by Leeson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Leeson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Leeson" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FWA718300SBSK made by Boston as well as the popular FHMQ2208008934 original spares produced by Acrison Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the G1083 by Foote and HMQ830100H56 spares by Leeson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original F72140B5J Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Boston. |
