COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Winsmith E20MDTDF1000MM parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Allen-Badley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ac-Autotech parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yaskawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-Badley such as the 836C1A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E2N010245TBFE manufactured by Ac-Autotech and we are pleased to be able to service most Ac-Autotech systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TD2703P by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-Badley Brand 445LT4C0300FP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Wood such as 52X2BSDS equipment made by Wood have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Wood products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Wood" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 754PhaseSelector made by 3m as well as the popular NetSightII original spares produced by Adept-Turnkey Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FCQY206 by World-Wide-Electric and 52X2BSDS spares by Wood are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 4676 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Acromag. |
