COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Winsmith 930MDSFDE parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Leeson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dodge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Gates product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Leeson such as the CM38T35N22A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CRTAS307 manufactured by Dodge and we are pleased to be able to service most Dodge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 93894190 by Manufacturer Gates as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Thk Brand D590664 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dynacorp such as D5200452035 equipment made by Dynacorp have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dynacorp products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dynacorp" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CHH6165Y11 made by Sm-cyclo as well as the popular BRG15SS207 original spares produced by Dodge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the D566116 by Rexnord and D5200452035 spares by Dynacorp are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CNHJ4110Y35 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sm-cyclo. |
