COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Winsmith 930MDSFD parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Wittman products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yaskawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Worldwide product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Wittman such as the R83 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A5A5A5F manufactured by Yaskawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Yaskawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PEWWE2018256TCF2 by Manufacturer Worldwide as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand 7LBB004G in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Xomox such as XRP equipment made by Xomox have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Xomox products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Xomox" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CACRHR10BABY81 made by Yaskawa as well as the popular SRC1 original spares produced by Yamaha Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 51338STN by Xycom and XRP spares by Xomox are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 7BVB07Y Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa. |
