COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Winsmith 930MDSF parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kop-flex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Formspray parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Darali product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kop-flex such as the D559319 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CL42155132GR manufactured by Formspray and we are pleased to be able to service most Formspray systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature B1035QVD56CS by Manufacturer Darali as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dodge Brand BR483GH in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Voith such as D567736 equipment made by Voith have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Voith products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Voith" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available B1III made by Tandler as well as the popular BB483CN180TC original spares produced by Dodge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the D140C35 by Martin and D567736 spares by Voith are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ATR014030UD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Accutrue. |
