COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Winsmith 930MDND parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Westinghouse products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tramec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Hub product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Westinghouse such as the D15E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BFK50 manufactured by Tramec and we are pleased to be able to service most Tramec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AD3M by Manufacturer Hub as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Winsmith Brand 943MDTS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ohio such as BMQ832100140L equipment made by Ohio have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ohio products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ohio" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available C262T50N180 made by Dodge as well as the popular BMQ22015356C original spares produced by Grove Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C38Q140H40 by Morse and BMQ832100140L spares by Ohio are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ANXL21000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Accord. |
