COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Winsmith 930CDSNE parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued John-Crane products, including obsoleted and phased-out Royersford parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mitsubishi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader John-Crane such as the B55838 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D600528 manufactured by Royersford and we are pleased to be able to service most Royersford systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BN624A780G52 by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bullard Brand D586137 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Us such as CBN3101SB3U180TC equipment made by Us have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Us products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Us" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available B21628 made by Jervis as well as the popular A364012 original spares produced by Burgmaster Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CVV4255 by Sumitomo and CBN3101SB3U180TC spares by Us are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CNH6105Y43 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sumitomo. |
