COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Winsmith 930CDNE501X0FA parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Allen-Badley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Wittenstein parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Allen-Badley product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-Badley such as the 1203GU6 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LP120 manufactured by Wittenstein and we are pleased to be able to service most Wittenstein systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 42KBR1LPSLA2 by Manufacturer Allen-Badley as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Winsmith Brand 924CNE4300GBT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Wood such as 140014M40 equipment made by Wood have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Wood products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Wood" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1361F01 made by Allen-Badley as well as the popular DC25FB1FPRGMDS original spares produced by Advanced-Micro Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the U2001H by Agilent and 140014M40 spares by Wood are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VDH063MF140041OG1MPLB4530K Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Wittenstein. |
