COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Winsmith 926MW55061XGFT parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Allen-Badley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Zatkoff-Seals--Packing parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Wittenstein product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-Badley such as the 79A01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 53982JV manufactured by Zatkoff-Seals--Packing and we are pleased to be able to service most Zatkoff-Seals--Packing systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SP075SMF131E12S by Manufacturer Wittenstein as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Acuity Brand CM4000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Yale such as 900723815 equipment made by Yale have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yale products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yale" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 871PB40N40R3 made by Allen-Badley as well as the popular 42SRP original spares produced by Allen-Badley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CAM610111CAM610111 by Acuity and 900723815 spares by Yale are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1336SBRF05AAEN Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Badley. |
