COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Winsmith 924CDTS510X0DN parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Grove products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sumitomo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Emerson product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Grove such as the BM2261A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CNHJ4110Y11 manufactured by Sumitomo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sumitomo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CBN3482SB35MT21510 by Manufacturer Emerson as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Demag Brand AF12B5881 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Apex such as AF100S2P2 equipment made by Apex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Apex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Apex" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CBN3252SB3U1 made by Browning as well as the popular C2040 original spares produced by Hitachi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CNHJ6095Y6 by Sumitomo and AF100S2P2 spares by Apex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original D591100 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dodge. |
