COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Winsmith 920MWTS41000DN parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Abb products, including obsoleted and phased-out Alicat-Scientific parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Abb product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Abb such as the 27W2295 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MC100SLPMDDB15H2 manufactured by Alicat-Scientific and we are pleased to be able to service most Alicat-Scientific systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RAYTXFHTSF by Manufacturer Abb as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ai-Tek Brand RH1612009 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ai-Tek such as BH1512010 equipment made by Ai-Tek have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ai-Tek products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ai-Tek" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PGE251 made by Zf-Machinenantiebe as well as the popular 700851010002 original spares produced by Ai-tek Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 42QAG5LEA2 by Allen-Badley and BH1512010 spares by Ai-Tek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6MCT Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Winsmith. |
