COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Winsmith 920MDSN parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued 3m products, including obsoleted and phased-out Allen-Badley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ai-Tek product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader 3m such as the 754PhaseSelector spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 871TA5J18FE manufactured by Allen-Badley and we are pleased to be able to service most Allen-Badley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BH1622013 by Manufacturer Ai-Tek as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-Badley Brand 440NZ21S16H in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Wood such as 4430V1250 equipment made by Wood have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Wood products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Wood" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 500S1338 made by Abb as well as the popular SPK100MF25141PGG original spares produced by Wittenstein Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C223P by Zero-Max and 4430V1250 spares by Wood are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 440FM1218BYNN Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Badley. |
