COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Winsmith 920MDNA31000DN parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Acuity products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ac-Autotech parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Wood product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Acuity such as the ASDS41601 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E5ND03605TPMC manufactured by Ac-Autotech and we are pleased to be able to service most Ac-Autotech systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2926V574 by Manufacturer Wood as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has World-Wide-Electric Brand HdRF175501R56C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Wittenstein such as 140SMF156K11K00 equipment made by Wittenstein have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Wittenstein products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Wittenstein" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 943MDNS501X0D4 made by Winsmith as well as the popular 38201007NC original spares produced by Air-Eagle Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 930MDT by Winsmith and 140SMF156K11K00 spares by Wittenstein are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 943MDTE33000B7 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Winsmith. |
