COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Winsmith 917MWUS064XOFA parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Grove products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sm parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dodge product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Grove such as the BM012622 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CNH6125Y51 manufactured by Sm and we are pleased to be able to service most Sm systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BB483CN56C by Manufacturer Dodge as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ph Brand 981A64 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nord such as BRE260 equipment made by Nord have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nord products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nord" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CNH6095Y6 made by Sumitomo as well as the popular CF726B10B5J original spares produced by Boston Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BF50271 by John-Crane and BRE260 spares by Nord are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C350T015NS1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dodge. |
