COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Winsmith 917MDTS31000D0 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Apex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sumitomo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Wichita product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Apex such as the AB060A100S2P2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CHHS6215Y43 manufactured by Sumitomo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sumitomo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D559940 by Manufacturer Wichita as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Tandler Brand D1ZA52832 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Link-belt such as AB4 equipment made by Link-belt have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Link-belt products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Link-belt" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available C6T17NC296 made by Fhp as well as the popular B0410A158 original spares produced by Textron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 9HB1LR by Browning and AB4 spares by Link-belt are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 924MDV5180TCLU Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Winsmith. |
