COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Winsmith 7MVC-B37493X0BT parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Zf-Machinenantiebe products, including obsoleted and phased-out Allen-Badley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Advanced-Motion-Controls product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Zf-Machinenantiebe such as the PGE251 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 871ZDW2NP12D4 manufactured by Allen-Badley and we are pleased to be able to service most Allen-Badley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature X15SRST380H by Manufacturer Advanced-Motion-Controls as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Zero-Max Brand TT3BD in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Wood such as P4014M55SF equipment made by Wood have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Wood products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Wood" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LP120MO13111000 made by Wittenstein as well as the popular E30MSRS065X0D4 original spares produced by Winsmith Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FO19A by Zero-Max and P4014M55SF spares by Wood are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DC25FB1FPRGMDS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Advanced-Micro. |
