COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Winsmith 7MCV-374142X0DF parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Akron-Electric-Inc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Abb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Accu-coder product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Akron-Electric-Inc such as the 2108B21012101D3001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ES1009594 manufactured by Abb and we are pleased to be able to service most Abb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 775BS1024QPUDWAYN by Manufacturer Accu-coder as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Abb Brand 2083400 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Abb such as EHW160 equipment made by Abb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Abb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Abb" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 943MWN50LR90B14 made by Winsmith as well as the popular 500S1338 original spares produced by Abb Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MDTS by Winsmith and EHW160 spares by Abb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original API4001GL Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Absolute. |
