COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Winsmith 5 MCTD parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Winsmith products, including obsoleted and phased-out Abb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Abb product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Winsmith such as the 930MWN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DSQC256A manufactured by Abb and we are pleased to be able to service most Abb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ABBCMMPS by Manufacturer Abb as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Action-pak Brand 4300173 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Wittenstein such as Sp140Smf220 equipment made by Wittenstein have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Wittenstein products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Wittenstein" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 5692435 made by Abb as well as the popular DL2449 original spares produced by Advanced-Illumination Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SK75SMF1101E11K00 by Wittenstein and Sp140Smf220 spares by Wittenstein are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TK025SMF175H11K00 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Wittenstein. |
