COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Winsmith 26MDT-30-LR-56C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Abb products, including obsoleted and phased-out Winsmith parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yaskawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Abb such as the 1SBT160250R001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 920MDSN manufactured by Winsmith and we are pleased to be able to service most Winsmith systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature JZSPCSM2105EG5 by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Wittenstein Brand SP210SMC1101N12S in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Winsmith such as 92MDNE41000FA equipment made by Winsmith have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Winsmith products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Winsmith" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 836TT261J made by Allen-Badley as well as the popular VDT050MF110031AC original spares produced by Wittenstein Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 005MSRS42230BT by Winsmith and 92MDNE41000FA spares by Winsmith are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 42RLU4200B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Badley. |
