COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Whitney C2082HR MSL HP parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued World-Wide-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Wittenstein parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Zero-Max product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader World-Wide-Electric such as the HdRF175501R56C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VDT050MF110031AC manufactured by Wittenstein and we are pleased to be able to service most Wittenstein systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SC040R by Manufacturer Zero-Max as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Winsmith Brand E26MSRD21240RF in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Winsmith such as 920MDSN equipment made by Winsmith have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Winsmith products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Winsmith" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available C208806 made by Zero-max as well as the popular 342tf original spares produced by Abb Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 920MDSR by Winsmith and 920MDSN spares by Winsmith are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EHW160 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Abb. |
