COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Wheelabrator 684678-JB parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Wittenstein products, including obsoleted and phased-out Winsmith parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Wittenstein product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Wittenstein such as the SP100SMC1101K12KPS1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D90917MDSF manufactured by Winsmith and we are pleased to be able to service most Winsmith systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SP140SMF2161K12SPamp by Manufacturer Wittenstein as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Winsmith Brand 5MCT20R140TC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Air-Eagle such as 38201007NC equipment made by Air-Eagle have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Air-Eagle products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Air-Eagle" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 307623 made by Adams-Rite as well as the popular MC100SLPMDDB15 original spares produced by Alicat Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SFN15B by Winsmith and 38201007NC spares by Air-Eagle are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TR3U3A1000NV1QHVSMKL1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Accu-coder. |
