COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Whedco IMC-1151-1B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Worldwide products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yasakawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Worldwide product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Worldwide such as the PEWWE5018326T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the JANCDMM212 manufactured by Yasakawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Yasakawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PEWWE2018256T by Manufacturer Worldwide as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Xycom Brand 20005122K in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Wika such as 8342275 equipment made by Wika have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Wika products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Wika" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available H25FUUG0 made by Wonst as well as the popular PEWWE5018326TS original spares produced by Worldwide Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ESAI013S048C9401002 by Wittenstein and 8342275 spares by Wika are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MS24200521400 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Wohrle. |
