COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Whedco 78006056 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Wittenstein products, including obsoleted and phased-out Wurm parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yaskawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Wittenstein such as the 20033874 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5370355 manufactured by Wurm and we are pleased to be able to service most Wurm systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CACRHR10BABY81 by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Xycom Brand 9450044331401000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Wonst such as 7NUUG0 equipment made by Wonst have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Wonst products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Wonst" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MB5NUUG0 made by Wonst as well as the popular 7CVB14CFX original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PEWWE5018326TS by Worldwide and 7NUUG0 spares by Wonst are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 150002P2140031000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Xycom. |
