COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Whedco 78004661 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Xelit products, including obsoleted and phased-out Widia parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yaskawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Xelit such as the TRACKER20 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VHM11D150Z05S250XD11 manufactured by Widia and we are pleased to be able to service most Widia systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7BVB034XJ by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand 7BVB07TZU in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Xcel such as XLT10012A22 equipment made by Xcel have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Xcel products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Xcel" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 0W0064211 made by Yaskawa as well as the popular E30MDSM5 original spares produced by Winsmith Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the K5915 by Xenia and XLT10012A22 spares by Xcel are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original OD7512254T Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Worldwide. |
