COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Westwind D1483-04 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Us-Motor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sumitomo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Us-Motor such as the CE67998978004745 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CNHM054115DBAV104 manufactured by Sumitomo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sumitomo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BSM63A138SPL by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Modicon Brand BPH1153N5MA2CA2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Gator such as CSSTF1805615 equipment made by Gator have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gator products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gator" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BRS39BHS0877VRDM391350LHAOO made by Schneider as well as the popular D10P2H original spares produced by Us-Motor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C94ZA1104 by Fanuc and CSSTF1805615 spares by Gator are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BM425412 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Oriental. |
