COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Westwind D1422-15 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Modicon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Imt parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Emerson product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Modicon such as the BPN1423N5MA2CA1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BM415B02NDZAK6 manufactured by Imt and we are pleased to be able to service most Imt systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CE51 by Manufacturer Emerson as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Leeson Brand C42D28FC1A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Gm-Spec such as CLP2135CS02 equipment made by Gm-Spec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gm-Spec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gm-Spec" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CM4400T made by Baldor as well as the popular BSM80B175BA original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BPH0751N5AA2CA1 by Telemecanique and CLP2135CS02 spares by Gm-Spec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C00XM0219 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc. |
