COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Westinghouse TAP 366 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Coil-Technology products, including obsoleted and phased-out Weiss parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Coil-Technology such as the XC11I6I spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TS002E manufactured by Weiss and we are pleased to be able to service most Weiss systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TDM014100300W1100 by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Curtis-Wright Brand VXP6470C242900 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Danfoss such as VLT5011PT5C20STR1D0F00A00C0 equipment made by Danfoss have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Danfoss products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Danfoss" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available YB161102BK made by Asea as well as the popular UKH50 original spares produced by Phoenix-Contact Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TM200CZ24 by Mitsubishi and VLT5011PT5C20STR1D0F00A00C0 spares by Danfoss are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VT2SET Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fuji. |
