COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Westinghouse IQ-1000 II parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Proface parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Total-Control product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the SGMGV09ADC61SGDV7R6A01A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GP2300TC4124V298007002 manufactured by Proface and we are pleased to be able to service most Proface systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MS120028NTB3 by Manufacturer Total-Control as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand A06B6142H011H580 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fanuc such as N8603161T00107A equipment made by Fanuc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fanuc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fanuc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available APC3511T47 made by Aplex as well as the popular PSS5200329C original spares produced by Bosch Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MT6070iE by Weintek and N8603161T00107A spares by Fanuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NT600SST121EV3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron. |
