COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Westinghouse FB3070PVL parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pinnacle products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cutler-hammer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kfj product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pinnacle such as the MG320F20 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FDC4030L manufactured by Cutler-hammer and we are pleased to be able to service most Cutler-hammer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HIS1 by Manufacturer Kfj as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Schneider-Electric Brand ISH1403007501000001000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Metrologic such as IS8400 equipment made by Metrologic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Metrologic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Metrologic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IC693CPU363 made by Ge-Fanuc as well as the popular G7357 original spares produced by Ibag Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FC4IMA16 by Square-D and IS8400 spares by Metrologic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original JA760874AC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sumitomo. |
