COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Westinghouse EP7/52 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Emerson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Industrial-Indexing-Systems parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Wittur product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Emerson such as the DXM6120 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DBMD80030RB1 manufactured by Industrial-Indexing-Systems and we are pleased to be able to service most Industrial-Indexing-Systems systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DSM405120R967UN by Manufacturer Wittur as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sanyo Brand DS030C1N2EC300 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Warner such as EM21020 equipment made by Warner have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Warner products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Warner" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available COP3330 made by Baldor as well as the popular CPB150ETW26AD30DEFX0003 original spares produced by Electra Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DXM208CB by Emerson and EM21020 spares by Warner are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EM2276T Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
