COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Westinghouse BE1-87T-E1E-A1J-D0N5F parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mclean product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge such as the DS3800NPSR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DS3800HFXB1P1H manufactured by Ge and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CR430816G024 by Manufacturer Mclean as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand CACRPR03BC3CSY30 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Alco-Controls such as CPS3D208240 equipment made by Alco-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Alco-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Alco-Controls" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DS200TCCBG8BED made by Ge as well as the popular C151N4N1025 original spares produced by Powertec Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DIA1010 by Notifier-Co and CPS3D208240 spares by Alco-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CPCRMRCA01C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa. |
