COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Westinghouse B3-Body parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Adatek/belanger products, including obsoleted and phased-out Winsmith parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Wichita-Clutch product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Adatek/belanger such as the CPV20EX500 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 935MDNS083X0EK manufactured by Winsmith and we are pleased to be able to service most Winsmith systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature WC98SIZE124 by Manufacturer Wichita-Clutch as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Zero-Max Brand 6A37C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Abb such as EHW160W equipment made by Abb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Abb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Abb" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 5CTD made by Winsmith as well as the popular SUD4000M30NC1M original spares produced by Abb Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E20XWNS401 by Winsmith and EHW160W spares by Abb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HG100SMF2166E11S10 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Wittenstein. |
