COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Westinghouse A201K6CX parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nais product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the A20B00030774 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C120FCPUA42FCPUA4 manufactured by Omron and we are pleased to be able to service most Omron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AFP33484F by Manufacturer Nais as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand BM600023 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sanyo such as BA075FFWT522MC equipment made by Sanyo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sanyo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sanyo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available A20B29020490 made by Fanuc as well as the popular A20B0006064001A original spares produced by Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AED00096 by Panasonic and BA075FFWT522MC spares by Sanyo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BES5163009SA3MOCS49 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Balluff. |
