COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Westinghouse A200M4CXM parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Modicon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cutler-Hammer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the A76L03000135 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AS506PF32 manufactured by Modicon and we are pleased to be able to service most Modicon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AN16SN0BB by Manufacturer Cutler-Hammer as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Panasonic Brand AED00096 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Forry such as A9910223301 equipment made by Forry have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Forry products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Forry" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available A76L03000077 made by Fanuc as well as the popular AM0984AT4 original spares produced by Modicon Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A50L00010349 by Fanuc and A9910223301 spares by Forry are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BSM15GD120DN2E3224 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Eupec. |
