COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Westinghouse 79D52787 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kawasaki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bodine parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Roper product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kawasaki such as the 68BM330LBA42 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6152GY manufactured by Bodine and we are pleased to be able to service most Bodine systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4617GHBFRV by Manufacturer Roper as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Magnetek Brand 696598840 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Us-Motor such as 647281V11V286R106R2 equipment made by Us-Motor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Us-Motor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Us-Motor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 50801402 made by Minarik as well as the popular 5K42HG2669 original spares produced by Ge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6FNT0732RSM3VW1X by Sandex and 647281V11V286R106R2 spares by Us-Motor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5K215AL2332AJY Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge. |
