COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Westinghouse 5D27806G03 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Widia products, including obsoleted and phased-out Xermac parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Westinghouse product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Widia such as the VHM7D200Z04S550XD7 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 21103 manufactured by Xermac and we are pleased to be able to service most Xermac systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature V5508 by Manufacturer Westinghouse as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Westronics Brand CB100188 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Wiedmann such as TURRET equipment made by Wiedmann have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Wiedmann products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Wiedmann" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LP70M017111000 made by Wittenstein as well as the popular PEWWE3018286TS original spares produced by Worldwide Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HKS by Wurm and TURRET spares by Wiedmann are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original bfv0064 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Wire-Pro. |
