COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Westinghouse 179C368G11 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Bailey products, including obsoleted and phased-out Electric parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Homag product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Bailey such as the 1948028A1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3N7500PS108B2 manufactured by Electric and we are pleased to be able to service most Electric systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2083028407 by Manufacturer Homag as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-bradley Brand 2711K6C15L1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Abb such as 3BDH000320R1010 equipment made by Abb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Abb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Abb" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1FK70835AF711DA0 made by Siemens as well as the popular 235HFN20B original spares produced by Rexnord Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3HAC04681 by Asea and 3BDH000320R1010 spares by Abb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 4234120A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
