COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Western Servo Design PC-000-075 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Worldwide products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yamaha parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Wtc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Worldwide such as the PEWWE6018364TS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the K7M271430 manufactured by Yamaha and we are pleased to be able to service most Yamaha systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KIT3005 by Manufacturer Wtc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Woodward Brand 5503267 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Woodward such as 5464337 equipment made by Woodward have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Woodward products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Woodward" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available VHM7D200Z04S550XD7 made by Widia as well as the popular MCMCPU2A2 original spares produced by Win-Systems Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VHM11D200Z04S300XD11 by Widia and 5464337 spares by Woodward are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
