COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Western Design LDH-S1-3 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Phoenix-Contact products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rexroth product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Phoenix-Contact such as the MCRCUUDC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LMXD62S800A manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MAC112A0LD3C130A0S005 by Manufacturer Rexroth as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Beckwith-Electric Brand M3425A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nikki-Densko such as NPSTE equipment made by Nikki-Densko have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nikki-Densko products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nikki-Densko" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LP020952800 made by Sigma as well as the popular OC35313674A original spares produced by Cincinnati Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MWSSR2 by Wadeco and NPSTE spares by Nikki-Densko are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MAC071B0PS4C095A0WI520LVS001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
