COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Westech Heavy Machinery Div D100.990 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Winsmith products, including obsoleted and phased-out Abb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Winsmith product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Winsmith such as the 4Z510 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ABBSACETmaxT4N250 manufactured by Abb and we are pleased to be able to service most Abb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2MCTR by Manufacturer Winsmith as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Abb Brand TB4540E332 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Yamazaki such as MAZATROLT1 equipment made by Yamazaki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yamazaki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yamazaki" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SK075SMF15 made by Wittenstein as well as the popular 260C8R76H8192R3HV1SSL1N original spares produced by Accu-coder Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the R8486D by Agilent and MAZATROLT1 spares by Yamazaki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 920CDN Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Winsmith. |
