COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Westcon 6680-00-521-8042 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Westinghouse products, including obsoleted and phased-out Wurm parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Wittenstein product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Westinghouse such as the 9996D12 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HKS001 manufactured by Wurm and we are pleased to be able to service most Wurm systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LP155MO225110000 by Manufacturer Wittenstein as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Worldwide Brand PEWWE1012256T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Xcel such as XLT10012A22 equipment made by Xcel have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Xcel products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Xcel" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 5437080 made by Woodward as well as the popular M15NUUG0 original spares produced by Wonst Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the WWS40 by Worldwide and XLT10012A22 spares by Xcel are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2045A40G Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Westinghouse. |
