COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the West MPC145A-C8DH4-CTM parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Schneider-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Beckhoff parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Advantech product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Schneider-Electric such as the LXM32MD72N4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AX511200000x00 manufactured by Beckhoff and we are pleased to be able to service most Beckhoff systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AWS8430TP by Manufacturer Advantech as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Atleemotor Brand AS2IPM in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Abb such as ACH550UH012A4B055 equipment made by Abb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Abb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Abb" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 20AD2P1C5AYNNNC0 made by Allen-bradley as well as the popular 1305KBA06 original spares produced by Allen-Bradley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IPPC9150TT by Advantech and ACH550UH012A4B055 spares by Abb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 160AA04PPS1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-bradley. |
