COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Wells ENCODER-OS25-635-50/5-A13 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mitsubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Warner parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Stelron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the FS3700AFS3700A200220V15111 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ERS68 manufactured by Warner and we are pleased to be able to service most Warner systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature J2A30100LM by Manufacturer Stelron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nuttall Brand HE80 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Boston such as F724 equipment made by Boston have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Boston products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Boston" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available K102WG0092MR140 made by Stober as well as the popular FANS original spares produced by Flender Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GRLDTM832200R1140 by Grove and F724 spares by Boston are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original K102WG0100MR140050F Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Stober. |
