COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Weigh Tronix 92040400 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Abb products, including obsoleted and phased-out Weschler parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Abb product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Abb such as the ACS60100114000B1200800 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A12461 manufactured by Weschler and we are pleased to be able to service most Weschler systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3HAB8101102B by Manufacturer Abb as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Westinghouse Brand 1257C88G04 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ifm such as ILA30015BPKGAS514TPS equipment made by Ifm have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ifm products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ifm" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ACH501025400PZ made by Abb as well as the popular C02012100PSI original spares produced by Wika Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ACS35503U17A62J404 by Abb and ILA30015BPKGAS514TPS spares by Ifm are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VPV56A142C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Westinghouse. |
