COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Weg MO01C0X0X0000102535 10487612 D26719 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Intelligent-Motion-Systems products, including obsoleted and phased-out Morse parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nachi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Intelligent-Motion-Systems such as the MD03FSD34A7 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MI400A manufactured by Morse and we are pleased to be able to service most Morse systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MFMA452D5V3 by Manufacturer Nachi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand MAC112D0ED1B130A1J1250S05 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Indramat such as MDD115DN020N2M130PA2 equipment made by Indramat have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Indramat products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Indramat" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MG230MO made by Arco as well as the popular MDD065AN040N2M095PBO original spares produced by Indramat Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M406D00101000018 by Bautz and MDD115DN020N2M130PA2 spares by Indramat are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
