COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Weg EPG133/500 EPG133500 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Delco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Emerson product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Delco such as the EG1354C1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EM3584TSUPERE manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DXE4120C by Manufacturer Emerson as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand ECP84109T4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Escooter such as E1000BlackBlack equipment made by Escooter have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Escooter products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Escooter" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DTMT8560 made by Daito-Mfg.-Co. as well as the popular E33HCHPLDKNF00 original spares produced by Pacific-Scientific Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E630445TTFN6536 by Marathon and E1000BlackBlack spares by Escooter are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DF84200011309 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gefeg-Neckar. |
