COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Weg CFW080100TGN1A1Z parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Toshiba products, including obsoleted and phased-out Limitorque parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ohio product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Toshiba such as the C0156FLF30MWQ spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the B44V7016MVJ manufactured by Limitorque and we are pleased to be able to service most Limitorque systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BMQ81520562 by Manufacturer Ohio as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand BSM4F238D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Okuma such as BLH100E12S equipment made by Okuma have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Okuma products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Okuma" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BSM90B3150AAP made by Baldor as well as the popular BMG1152N1BA1L3V original spares produced by Num Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BMH0751N1RF1C by Num and BLH100E12S spares by Okuma are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BK215TTDC6026AA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Marathon. |
