COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Wavetek 8502,WAVETEK parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Stahl products, including obsoleted and phased-out Teradyne parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pro-face product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Stahl such as the 9440150111 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 95057060TW570 manufactured by Teradyne and we are pleased to be able to service most Teradyne systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AGP3600T1D24D81K by Manufacturer Pro-face as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Abb Brand ACSM104AS012A4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Modicon such as ASD004030 equipment made by Modicon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Modicon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Modicon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available A02B0259C212 made by Fanuc as well as the popular A02B0076C095 original spares produced by Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BM600212 by Reliance-Electric and ASD004030 spares by Modicon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A05B2301C373R Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc. |
