COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Watson Mcdaniel 3040 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ac-Tech products, including obsoleted and phased-out Wenglor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Eaton product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ac-Tech such as the M14150C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HK12PB8 manufactured by Wenglor and we are pleased to be able to service most Wenglor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E51KF8B3 by Manufacturer Eaton as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand B834Y0119 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ac-Tech such as MH4100BG135 equipment made by Ac-Tech have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ac-Tech products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ac-Tech" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ACS35503U08A84J400 made by Abb as well as the popular ACS800U10095K451L502L503P901 original spares produced by Abb Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the COSMOS25 by Zullig and MH4100BG135 spares by Ac-Tech are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
